HOUSE OF LOVE CAREER & WELLNESS RESOURCE FAIR
A FREE COMMUNITY EVENT THAT OFFERS RESOURCES TO TEENS AND ADULTS OFFERING EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, SELF-HELP, HEALTH/WELLNESS, CONTINUING EDUCATION, AND JOB TRAINING APPRENTICESHIP CONNECTIONS
The Social Influence Foundation's believes everyone should have access to #knowyourstatus. We are proud to partner with U=U (Undected=Untransmittable) to provide free HIV/STD testing during our events in the City of Las Vegas. House of Vegas Pride Founder, Nicole Williams is also a Brand Ambassador, works with closely with U=U Las Vegas to provide information to the community about prevention, and share vital updates on HIV/STD statistics as we are all working to help bridge the gap to normalizing being tested regularly.
Our organization has facilitated hundreds of Free testing since 2019. This year we plan to stay committed assisting people to connect with health care providers for testing, prevention resources, and Linkage to Care.
2021 HOUSE OF VEGAS PRIDE COMMUNITY FUNDRAISERS
In 2021, HOVP Festival is produced the third week of August annually. Last summer we bought out the Artisan Hotel to host 9 events in 3 days in which 4 of the events were fundraisers for local LGBTQ Non-Profit Organizations throughout the weekend. To our success in our 3rd year producing a national festival, Social Influence Foundation donated $26,000 to the 4 organizations which included a mix of in-kind donations, monetary sponsorship, and event fundraising.
