\\TRAVEL OPTIONS

The host hotel is DOWNTOWN GRAND HOTEL & CASINO RESORTS .  All events are scheduled are taking place at different venues during the Festival.  We recommend making accommodations as soon as possible to take advantage of the discounted hotel rates.  All reservations at host hotel are must be made directly with the resort.  House of Vegas Pride is not responsible for any monies or accommodations made at resorts. TO RECEIVE DISCOUNT & FESTIVAL SWAG BAG MUST RESERVE HOTEL LINK WITH HOUSE OF VEGAS PRIDE TRAVEL AGENT.

\\TRANSPORTATION

No transportation will be provided to and from host hotel. We strongly suggest car pooling, or doing ride share with our HOVP Uber.

\\TICKETING

We recommend purchasing your weekend passes before the start of the Festival for the 5 official events.  All weekend pass does not include after hours, or last minute added events.  Early Bird for festival weekend passes or select individual events will last until JULY 15TH FOR $125.00 AFTER JULY 15TH ALL ACCESS PASSES ARE $175.00.  Once you purchase your all weekend pass you will be able to pick up your wristbands at Will Call that will be at Host Hotel The Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino located at 206 N. 3rd Street Las Vegas, NV 89101, or the first event you attend.  DO NOT REMOVE OR LOSE YOUR WRISTBAND DURING THE WEEKEND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR ANOTHER ONE NO EXCEPTIONS.  IF YOU MISS ANY EVENTS THAT QUALIFY FOR THE WEEKEND PASS THEIR IS NO REFUND.

\\VIP TABLES | BOTTLE SERVICE | BIRTHDAY, HONEYMOON & SPECIAL OCCASION PACKAGES

We are accepting non-refundable deposits to reserve VIP Table and Packages.  These reservations do not include bottles this will have to be purchased separately prior to event or before being seated. Pricing available for total price of the section on the ticket link. Contact us from the Contact Us info@vegaspridehouse.com for any questions or assistance purchasing.

\\TICKET AVAILABILITY ON SITE

Tickets can be purchased in a package or individually.  All sales are final NO REFUND all events are rain or shine.  Pre-sale tickets & pricing in general is subject to change at door.  We highly recommend purchasing early.

\\WRISTBANDS

Only weekend passes will be available for pick up at Will Call at event locations or Host Hotel Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino.  Your first opportunity to pick up your wristbands will be Friday 9am - 6pm at The Downtown Grand before the first event.  Individual ticket purchases for events will be available at door of event if event isn't currently sold out.

\\ENTRY & SECURITY

Security is strictly enforced they reserve the right to escort anyone off the premises this is a private event.  NO RE-ENTRY TO ANY EVENTS. Patrons will have to repay for entry.  All events are 21+ EXCEPT the Community Resource Fair & House of Frequency Music Festival are 18+. 

\\BEVERAGES

All venues have full service bars and restaurants.  No outside food or beverages allowed inside any venue areas.

\\WEATHER

We cannot control weather conditions the House of Vegas Pride Festival will commence rain or shine.  NO REFUNDS for any ticket purchases, VIP Table purchases, or Hotel reservations made on your behalf.

\\THESE ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT POOL PARTY

No large bags, outside alcohol. Clear Bags Only, and must have ID to enter the pool area event is 21+. No backpacks or large items allowed in venue space area when events are happening.  No smoking cannabis anywhere on event location premises. Security reserves the right to deny entry.  If you are caught breaking any of these rules No refunds will be issued on weekend passes or individual tickets. Smoking tobacco products is allowed only in designated smoking areas.
